What I Offer.

Providing your employees with exercise classes is a fantastic way to promote their musculoskeletal health and wellbeing. Recommended class time is 45 minutes but can be tailored to suit your timetable.

Pilates

A great mix of core strengthening and mobility work. Suitable for all levels and tailored for the desk based worker.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval training for those who want to push their fitness to the next level. Not suitable for total beginners, however high and low impact options are provided throughout.

Mobility & Stretch

These sessions exclusively focus on improving flexibility and mobility, alongside some breathwork. Perfect for those spending several hours at a desk.
